CeCe is a young pit bull who is very suspicious of strangers and does not respond well to people outside of her yard. Because of this behavior, she is not currently adoptable. We are working with her to find the best placement here so that she has a friend or two. She was found at the corner of a state highway in Lincoln County. She is fine with her primary caregivers.
