Finally, what are you expectations of this dog or cat? What would your ideal dog or cat be like? Are their things you must have or won't tolerate? For example, do you want... a dog who loves to go to the dog park or a dog who loves to watch TV? A dog who loves kids? A dog that wont chase horses? A cat that will stay outside except in winter? A cat that is declawed?

If for some reason this cat/dog does not work out in your household, or your circumstances change and you cannot keep the animal, will you agree to return the animal to Dogwood Farm Sanctuary and accept this as a legally binding agreement?

I understand that by completing an adoption application, I have completed the first step in the adoption process. It does not automatically mean that I will be able to adopt the animal. I also understand that Dogwood Farm Sanctuary has the right to deny my request for adoption and that they are seeking the most appropriate home for the specific dog or cat.
